We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for our products due to food safety laws. Also, we strongly believe in, no wastage. If you return the product, regardless (even if you did not open the product packaging), we will have to throw it away. We let our customers know beforehand not to purchase if they would like to return.
Before we ship any of the Bromee's out, we go through a rigorous safety & inspection process to ensure that you get the best service possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
